Congratulations to Palmerston Boys for picking up the Clubs first trophy of the season – The Aegon Team Tennis Lancashire 14 & Under Boys Division 1.

The team consisted of: Thomas Kyle, Sam Pearce, Rob McKenzie and Alex Briscoe,

Also in the squad, and contributing to a fantastic set of results: Adam Warner, Owen Tse, Joe Pearce and Patrick Service

The team won all their games, whitewashed the two other big Lancashire Clubs Holcombe Brook (Bury) and The Northern Club (Manchester), and ended up winning 83% of the sets they played.

It looks like the success that Palmerston Men’s A has achieved over the years is in safe hands for some years to come.

We are pleased to announce that we are hosting a new LTA sanctioned tournament in August.

The event runs from Monday 9th August to Saturday 14th August and will feature sections for less experienced players.

Each player can enter up to 3 events and is guaranteed 2 matches per event. Entry is £10 which covers all events.
